Orkney Folk Festival - A Gathering for Billy - SORRY SOLD OUT (Wheelchair user tickets only.) In February, Orkney lost a true musical icon - the incomparable Billy Jolly. Billy appeared at the festival regularly, with his uniquely Orcadian take on songs, stories, and tune sets on the moothie (concertina), latterly appearing with Hullion and The Gathering. It's only right that this year's Gathering celebrates Billy's musical legacy with songs and tunes from folks who played with him over the years and those who knew him best.
